4 bed house rental for Glastonbury Festival. Detached cottage with garden in the heart of Pilton. 5 minutes walk to Red Gate.

Two of the rooms are flexible in the way they can be configured:
Bedroom 1: king size double
Bedroom 2: bunk bed or Austrian double, or both
Bedroom 3: Austrian double or singles
Bedroom 4: double

The total price to rent this property for the duration of the festival (from Wednesday until Monday regardless of nights, this is a set price) is £6,500. The price includes a 15% (£975) booking deposit which is required to secure your stay and is non refundable.

The remainder is payable to your guest along with a security deposit of £500 which will be refunded on departure.
Pilton is very safe during the festival, with plenty of stewards to help you find your way 24/7.

This house is in the heart of Pilton, which has a wonderful community. It’s a short walk from the Festival site.

Detached cottage with garden in the heart of Pilton and only a 5 minutes walk to Red Gate or 10 minutes to Gate B (Gate B is a safer walk, Red Gate is on the A road so approach with caution).

There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and one bedroom on the ground floor.

The living room is a cosy, welcoming room, with a new wool carpet and very comfy sofa, making the room feel like a warm hug.

Kitchen and dining room are on the ground floor and are adjoining. Fridge, freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, Nutribullet (think of those refreshing fruit smoothies), all included.

There’s a downstairs loo. Washing machine and dryer are available for use.

We’ve recently added new double glazed sash windows throughout.

Entrance is via the porch, perfect for dumping muddy wellies.

Parking available in driveway.

Guests can access the whole house.
